Transfers ethanolamine phosphate to the first alpha-1,4-linked mannose of the glycosylphosphatidylinositol precursor of GPI-anchor (By similarity). May act as suppressor of replication stress and chromosome missegregation; Belongs to the PIGG/PIGN/PIGO family. PIGN subfamily.
