Myotubularin-related protein 5; Probable pseudophosphatase. Lacks several amino acids in the catalytic pocket which renders it catalytically inactive as a phosphatase. The pocket is however sufficiently preserved to bind phosphorylated substrates, and maybe protect them from phosphatases.
